Some things can only be seen off.

A 30-night sleep program for letting go of an addiction. You listen as you fall asleep.

Night

You lie awake in the dark and the urge starts talking, calmly, using your own voice.

Willpower is a daytime tool. In the evening it clocks out and goes home.

Nobody quits at eleven at night — and eleven at night is exactly when it matters.

How it works

  1. 01

You put your headphones on in the evening.

  2. 02

A 45-minute track leads you through deep relaxation into the hypnagogic state — the border between waking and sleep, when the mind is most open.

  3. 03

You fall asleep while it still plays; night after night the same identity and habit work repeats.

Everything that matters happens before you fall asleep, not while you sleep.

30 nights

Thirty nights, four stages.

Week 1

The Farewell

You name what you are letting go of and say goodbye to it without a fight.

Week 2

The Wave Passes

You learn to stay still while the urge rises and settles back down on its own.

Week 3

A New Person

The language changes: no longer “I can't”, but “I'm not that person anymore”.

Week 4

The Morning

The new habit stops being an achievement and becomes your ordinary day.

How to listen

  1. 01

Every night, 30 nights in a row. One track before sleep — when the mind naturally moves into its most receptive state between waking and sleep.

  2. 02

Missed a night? Don't break the cycle. Keep going and add one night at the end.

  3. 03

After 30 nights — maintenance: once or twice a week, or on hard days (stress, holidays, a strong craving).

Why repetition

One listen gives you relaxation. Habits change through repetition — the brain needs weeks, not days, to build a new automatic response. That's why this is a 30-night program, not a one-night miracle.

Frequently asked

Does hypnosis work?↓

Hypnosis doesn't work as a single miracle, it works through repetition. The program uses the hypnagogic state — the natural bridge between waking and sleep, when the mind is most open to new material.

What if I fall asleep before it ends?↓

Everything that matters happens in the first half — falling asleep early is good.

What if I miss a night?↓

Don't break the cycle. Carry on the next night and, if you like, add one session at the end.
